e-Learning Staffing specializes exclusively in locating and placing highly experienced e-learning professionals with the skills required to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-wide corporate e-learning initiatives. We help our client companies fill their Permanent, Temp-to-Direct Hire Conversions and/or Contract e-learning staffing needs nationwide or internationally. e-Learning Staffing is affiliated with a large network of corporate recruiters in North America.

If you are an Instructional System Designer, or if you need to hire the services of an ISD professional, we can help ! Our candidates will meet or exceed the following skill and experience requirements.

e-Learning Development Manager (Masters Degree / PhD with a minimum of 7 years experience). An advanced degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Training and Development or related field. A minimum of five years experience working in the corporate environment as an e-Learning Developer, Producer, or Project Manager and a minimum of 2 years as a Supervisor or Manager.

Instructional Systems Designers (ISD) (Masters Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience). An advanced degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Training and Development or related field. A minimum of five years experience working in the corporate environment as an e-Learning Developer, Producer, or Project Manager.

ISD Producers / Project Managers (Masters Degree with minimum of 3 years experience). An advanced degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Training and Development or related field. A minimum of three years experience working in the corporate environment as an e-Learning Developer, Producer, or Project Manager.

ISD Content Production Specialists (Bachelors Degree with 3 to 5 years experience working on ISD production teams). Work samples and references will be required. Must be able to demonstrate mastery skill levels working with multimedia technologies, authoring systems, productivity software, and programming.

ERP Training Consultants / Specialists To develop and implement enterprise-wide training initiatives for SAP, ORACLE, PEOPLESOFT, JD EDWARDS, BAAN,  CRM, etc...

Learning Management Systems Consultants LMS Professionals to asses the needs, define requirements, design, develop and deliver solutions that ensure a smooth implementation across the enterprise.

DOD and Security Clearances a plus

We invite individuals to submit resumes who have recently graduated with a Masters Degree in Instructional Design / Technology and have limited corporate experience in the field. We frequently do get requests to fill entry level positions.
